Year 2 Art – Inspired by Yayoi Kusama! 
This half term, Year 2 have been exploring the bold and colourful world of Yayoi Kusama, a famous Japanese artist known for her love of dots and pumpkins! The children have been inspired by her unique style and have produced some brilliant artwork of their own.
To finish the topic, we had great fun making and decorating our own papier-mâché pumpkins, using bright colours and repeating patterns in true Kusama style. What a fantastic, creative way to end the term!
