@missbevan24 @MrTs_NQTs staff list (see what progression is like), policies (are they updated regularly), do they have a 'work with us' or a vacancies section which talks directly to prospective staff? If the website is out of date though, it doesn't mean the school isn't fab! Hope that helps a little!
