Administration Officer

32.5hrs term time only (38 weeks) 8.30 – 4.00pm Monday – Friday.  32.5hrs term time only (38 weeks)

Grade 3 Point 4 (£18,933 pro rata) 

It is an exciting time at St Peter & St Paul CE Primary School, Eye. We have grand plans for the future and are very excited to be offering an opportunity for someone to help us shape it.

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, highly organised and enthusiastic administration officer who will run the school office with an assistant and support the headteacher administratively. You will of course work alongside the rest of our team who are hardworking, friendly and supportive.

Committed, flexible and reliable, you should have good administrative experience. Your interpersonal skills will be excellent, and you must be able to work under pressure. Confidentiality is a must, as is a good level of numeracy and literacy.

Some experience or the potential to effectively manage a member(s) of staff and of working in the school environment would be an advantage.
